Nathan Frey leads the Regulatory Strategies and Solutions Group, a global regulatory advocacy firm that provides strategic advisory services to clients seeking to manage regulatory risk and advance public policy objectives.

Nathan is an internationally recognized expert in U.S. domestic regulatory policy, international regulatory cooperation and regulatory reform designed to improve market access and enhance global competitiveness. His work includes developing and implementing regulatory strategies and solutions across a broad range of issues including energy and environment, agriculture, natural resources, chemical safety and security, infrastructure, labor and international trade.

With over eight years of experience in the White House Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), Nathan possesses a unique depth of regulatory and process expertise and specialized subject matter knowledge in sectors of substantial activity. During his tenure, he oversaw Executive Branch review of the regulatory actions and policies of the EPA and the Departments of Interior, Commerce, Agriculture and Energy. Mr. Frey holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Lewis & Clark College and a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
